A Brief Yoga Pose Practice
Simple Sequences are guided physical Yoga practices that focus on up to five Yoga poses at a time. These sequences are crafted with the beginner in mind: gentle yet challenging, slow paced, and of course, simple. But "simple" does not always mean easy! So be ready for and open to a new, full body experience!
The poses in this sequence are:
- Extended Mountain Backbend
- Standing Forward Fold
- Halfway Lift
- Supported Warrior Stance
- Warrior One with Backbend
Students will need the following materials:
- Yoga mat
- Yoga blocks
