Mountain pose is an important foundational pose in the physical practice of Yoga movement. It is simple, but that doesn't automatically mean it is easy. Mountain pose is a full body posture that engages muscles from the sole of the feet to the crown of the head. It is also a core position for mastering other more complex Yoga poses.
