When people think of Yoga, they think first and foremost of poses. These poses, called "asana," are the most popular method of Westernized Yoga practice. But Yoga poses can be intimidating and overwhelming for many people, making them feel self-conscious and too nervous to attend a Yoga class. If this has been your experience, then Asana 101 is for you!

Asana 101 is a course for absolute novices beginning their journey into physical Yoga practice. From standing to reclined, there is an individual lesson for each Yoga position that gives easy-to-follow instructions on how to execute the pose. Students will learn the basics of many of the most common Yoga poses, along with modifications for different body types and how to use different Yoga props.

Due to the amount of poses being taught, Asana 101 lessons are added piece by piece. Once all lessons have been loaded, a CEU certificate will be available to earn upon full course completion.
